The Factory Honda Team and Ride RED will be represented by several riders this weekend in Mildura at the Hattah Desert Race.

The 4-hour desert race test riders and machines and Honda’s Factory Women’s rider Emma Milesevic hopes to take back-to-back wins on her CRF450R.

“I really enjoy this race, it requires a high level of fitness and focus and I feel better prepared going into this year than previous.  I have had more time on the bike and my training hasn’t been hammered by the closures we experienced during Covid”, said Milesevic.

Privateer Honda rider Maddy Healy will also be racing on her Honda CRF450R and is looking forward to her first appearance on the 450.

“I just love the power of the 450 and in the sand, it makes a massive difference,” said Healy.

Ride Red riders Shane and Aaron Mason will be competing on their Honda Genuine CRF450R’s.  The brothers from Mildura are looking forward to racing in their backyard.

“We are really looking forward to racing at home.  This event is close to our hearts, and we aim to be inside the top 20 outright and top 10 in class”, said Aaron Mason

With over 500 entries across juniors and seniors entered to race the event is sure to attract a great crowd and provide some great racing.

Honda have their 50th anniversary special edition on display.
