Factory Honda’s Emma Milesevic wins the Hattah Desert Race.

750 competitors entered the Hattah Desert Race, 25 of those were women and Factory Honda’s Emma Milesevic won by over 20 minutes.

“It was amazing, my Honda 450 didn’t miss a beat and I was happy to take my second win in a row” said Milesevic.

Thousands of fans turned out to the tiny town of Colignan, Victoria.  Riders and machines are tested for four hours, and Emma was equally happy to pass over 20 riders on her way to 41st outright out of 415 senior entrants.

“Winning the women’s class is an amazing accomplishment and there are so many people that make this possible but passing 26 riders on my way to 41stoutright was equally rewarding for the work we have put in.  I made life hard for myself following a challenging prologue” continued Milesevic.

The Hattah Desert Race was a massive success and Emma aims to chase her third Hattah win in a row next year.

“Over 750 riders between Seniors and Juniors.  It was great to have Kyle Webster there, it was his first visit to Hattah, and I think he is keen to race next year.  This event is amazing, and I look forward to competing for my third win in 2023” concluded Milesevic.

Privateer Honda Rider Maddy Healy finished 2nd in the Women’s Class.
