Penrite Honda Racing head to Hattah this weekend to contest all three classes with riders Mark Grove, Jack Simpson and Emma Milesevic. 

Jack Simpson will tackle the 450 class on the CRF450R and after a successful outing at Finke with the class win, he feels well prepared to come away with top results. 

“Hattah is a very different race to Finke; we race for four hours over two days in Alice Springs, here in Mildura we race for 4 hours nonstop. I want to win the 450 class but my main concern is to take the outright podium. The Honda 450 is a great bike and turns well which should help in the tight sections,” Simpson said. 

Mark Grove will compete in the 250 class for Hattah, making it clear he wants to improve on his results from last year where he took 2nd in class. 

“I was so focused on my Finke preparation last year that I didn’t prepare as well as I wanted to for Hattah. This year is very different, I made sure I put in the time needed and will push hard for the top spot!” Grove said. 

This year Honda is supporting Emma Milesevic in the women’s class, riding for the Honda Genuine Ride Red Team. Milesevic is focused on the top step of the podium.
